Evidence: Voting Machines Had Unauthorized Implant to Circumvent Security in Michigan
Warroom ^ | 5/5/21

Posted on 05/05/2021 1:30:48 PM PDT by spacejunkie2001

Matthew DePerno, constitutional attorney in Michigan, revealed the forensic evidence shows Dominion voting machines had an unauthorized implant installed to circumvent its own security features.

DePerno said forensic images obtained in December 2020 show machines were connected to the internet, and evidence of “even remnants of foreign connections.”

“We’re the only case in the country that’s been actually able to look at forensic images,” he told War Room, Wednesday. “Dec. 6, 2020 we went into Antrim County and collected forensic images of [Dominion’s] election management system. We’ve been studying them since that time.”

DePerno and his team say they have “proof that voting machines used in the 2020 elections can be compromised and votes easily transferred from one candidate to another.”

DePerno said they uncovered a Microsoft “implant” installed on the machines that was not authorized by the election commission, “which means the actual system itself would be decertified.”

Thank you.

From post #99, it appears as though young professor Halderman may have "objectivity issues" when it comes to partisan computer science...

Haldeman (and his report) is the "expert" witness for hack MI SOS Jocelyn "MarxistJo" Benson

The problem with that is that Halderman is actually an expert with documented experience. Halderman provides an excellent and thorough explanation as to what actually happened. I also referenced Cyber Ninja's report which CEO Doug Logan is a Trump supporter and believes there was election fraud.

Regarding the ASOG audit report... It's filled will unsupported allegations and partisan hyperbole. Ramsland himself admitted he has no experience. Furthermore I tried and could not find a single client of Ramsland's ASOG corporation for any purpose whatsoever. I did find via the internet wayback machine that ASOG's corporate website was created and built AFTER the November election. And I found a whole host of other sites Ramsland controls that were created to raise money from those who believe in voter fraud. This is frankly pretty suspicious.

The last brief filed by attorney Matthew DePerno is available here:
https://www.depernolaw.com/uploads/2/7/0/2/27029178/[2]_brief_response_to_motion_for_summary_disp.pdf
The brief references expert testimony by James Penrose and Ben Cotton that the Dominion machines were online with remnants of IP addresses found from Germany and Taiwan. (pg. 11) The brief also referenced CyberNinjas stating that MS SQL Server Management Studio was found on the county system, which was unauthorized. (pg. 12) DePerno calls that software "a hacking tool".

And on pg. 13 expert Jeff Lenberg details how easy it was to flip votes from one candidate to another.

The biggest problem with the "it was all cleaned up" is that the down-ballot races never got unscrambled...

The other problem is that clerk Sheryl Guy deleted files. OOPSIE! She has been acting very guilty, deleting files, dismissing lawsuits without a judge's order, etc.

If you read the Penrose and Cotton audits and you are technically inclined you'll find much more details. Yes they did found two IPs in unallocated disk space on the Linux OS that runs the Dominion ICX touch screen voting machine. What's funny is the while the touchscreen voting machines do have an ethernet card there didn't exist any infrastructure in any of the precincts to plug them in to and the Dominion software on the machine doesn't support it. The ballots from the ICX voting machine are saved on a USB drive and that is what is loaded to the county EMS server. So where did these stray IPs come from. I'm guessing they come from the manufacturer or distributor of the machine running tests to check if the ethernet ports actually work. Then they wiped the drives.

But how to explain the non-existent ethernet connections though? :-)

SQL Server Management Studio
SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) is a software application first launched with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 that is used for configuring, managing, and administering all components within Microsoft SQL Server. It is the successor to the Enterprise Manager in SQL 2000 or before. The tool includes both script editors and graphical tools which work with objects and features of the server.[2]
A central feature of SSMS is the Object Explorer, which allows the user to browse, select, and act upon any of the objects within the server.[3] It also shipped a separate Express edition that could be freely downloaded, however recent versions of SSMS are fully capable of connecting to and manage any SQL Server Express instance. Microsoft also incorporated backwards compatibility for older versions of SQL Server thus allowing a newer version of SSMS to connect to older versions of SQL Server instances. It also comes with Microsoft SQL Server Express 2012, or users can download it separately.
Starting from version 11, the application was based on the Visual Studio 2010 shell, using WPF for the user interface. Versions 18 and after are based on the Visual Studio 2017 Isolated Shell.[4]
In June 2015, Microsoft announced their intention to release future versions of SSMS independently of SQL Server database engine releases.[5]

Ramsland claimed the absence of Nov. 2020 adjudication logs and presence of April 2020 adjudication logs was because someone intentionally deleted them. Two other auditors, Cyber Ninjas and Halderman) noted that the adjudication software was uninstalled after the April primary 2020 and obviously could not have been used in the November 2020 election so no logs could have been created.

If you read the Penrose and Cotton audits and you are technically inclined you'll find much more details. Yes they did found two IPs in unallocated disk space on the Linux OS that runs the Dominion ICX touch screen voting machine.

All of which is completely consistent with a hard drive that has been reformatted to erase data, and then the OS software was reinstalled.

What's funny is the while the touchscreen voting machines do have an ethernet card there didn't exist any infrastructure in any of the precincts to plug them in to and the Dominion software on the machine doesn't support it. What's funny is that the ES&S DS200 machines in MI had wireless 4G modems made by a Chinese company. That's on pg. 11 of the brief. A few affidavits contradict your spin that no machines were wired together. So who is paying you to spin here?

He's intentionally trying to confuse people by changing the subject to something else. From pg. 8 of the brief: commissioner Marcus asked, "Did you direct or delete yourself any files on the Dominion services? Did you direct anybody on your staff to do so?" In response, Sheryl Guy stated:

"When you are saying who went in and worked on those files, whether they deleted them, replaced them, changed them, or corrected them, it was my office. I have never gone on to that machine. But it was my staff and it was because they were doing their job. We truly did not have correct training with the Election Source new program. Because we didn't know we had to pull all the cards back, not just the ones we had fixed. So when you are talking about who did it, I did it. My office staff did it under my authority to get those numbers right... Getting my numbers certified."

Commissioner Marcus then responded, "Sounds like you just admitted to 1) breaking the law by making changes to the thing within the 30 day period 2) admitting that you deleted files and destroyed the integrity of the election in Antrim County. You admitted to directing your employees to do so. So, basically, Antrim County's vote was completely skewed by your office and you're admitting it."

That hearing was about the clerks updating the ballot design data in October for several precincts. Apparently Commisioner Marcus is also another one who is technically ignorant about the difference between software and data. They didn't violate the 30 day window on updating the software. The clerks have an obligation to make sure the ballots are correct.

You nutty conspiracy theorists always leave out the fact that every ballot in Antrim County was later hand-counted only differed by 12 votes. You've already embarassed yourself bringing up the Italy crap in conjunction with Antrim.

I didn’t know about Snyder endorsing Biden. However, he was leaving in 2018 anyways, as he was term limited.

Bovine excrement! That hearing was, as the clerk stated, about her "Getting my numbers certified". You're whole game is to try to confuse people.

An Italian law professor witnessed a confession in open court from a man who admitted to changing algorithms for the U.S. election. It's not going to go away.

Right - but he had to know something was hinky with the 2018 "election" in Michigan. The phony "blue wave" was ONLY in the red counties. Might have had something to do with the Democrats acquiring the ballots from 2016 in the summer of 2018...

Dumb mitts like RickyRick deserved to get put up against the wall by their NaziCommie buddy Nessel.

I still think it's hilarious that she waited till after the electoral votes had passed beyond his influence to drop the guillotine...
