President Biden on Tuesday called for patience after leaving Americans confused about whether to continue wearing masks amid CDC guidance that vaccinated people have no reason to continue wearing the COVID-19 shields.
Biden has been erratic in his embrace of the CDC’s pivot, drawing ridicule from critics who say Democrats hypocritically accused them of not following science during the pandemic.

Well, it appears that he wears masks when he is outdoors alone. But when he goes to visit 90+ year old people such as Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter, masks come off. But then the masks go back on as they depart the Carter house and are outside alone again.

There is no legal authority that would allow a US president to enact a nationwide mask mandate. There are exceptions where the executive’s authority could allow for such a mandate, such as on federal property, though a nationwide rule would almost certainly be challenged in court.
U.S. Constitution (Article I, Section 8) has not within it’s scope any regulating authority to determine the actions taken for health and welfare of citizens for prevention of illness. They can utilize marshal law if it is within the possibility of an attack on domestic lands, but for health purposes that is written into states rights. And even the libs are not stupid enough at this point to try to enact marshal law after their refusal to let Trump help or determine it is an attack from China. Wish they would, but that’s cutting off their nose despite their faces and would open up a whole Pandora’s box of other problems they don’t need. They’ve got problem enough trying to figure out how to get out of the corner they have lied themselves into with more lies to justify their innocence. And Trump is gone so they have tossed out their main excuse for stupidity and lying.
The president has no (sorry) precedent set for this type of control. And the only control by congress falls under commerce laws for interstate or outside the country coming in. The only question is if they do it, will the GOP jump in? Or is there a GOP?

In Georgia Governor Kemp has rescinded most of the restrictions surrounding Covid 19. (FYI-Still haven’t forgiven him for this past election)
Went to my local Lowe’s and noticed the sign saying face masks required was no longer there. I didn’t wear one and neither did my wife. The sales people were wearing theirs but some customers weren’t. Went in and made my purchase. Salesperson that waited on us took their mask off as well. Did I mention I also got my veterans discount!
My patience ran out on the demonrats during Slick Willy.

Once you pack on pounds at age 70, it is really difficult to get them off the frame..let's she how she dresses on the up coming European Trip..will be interesting...and watch Biden in crowds, will be also as most people with Dementia can NOT handle crowds, pressure, or exposure ....
