You are right to be suspicious. McCarthy was asked yesterday on Fox and Friends about renting a room from Luntz and the connections. He was quick to point out that “we all got to stick together to defeat them rascally Democrats” and you must trust him in unity to do so. That is usually the first thing someone says just before they screw you big time.
This is the person who actively campaigned against the Republican nominee for President and voted for Biden.
She left left the Republican Party when John did. This Democrat needs to STFU.
Cindy McCain and John Kasich supported Biden. Romney and Collins remained neutral.
It is important that the Republican leadership team be broadly reflective of the Republican Party, and is able to back Republican issues. There’s room for independents and neutrals, but not in leadership.

McCain needs to have a “coming out party” and join the democrats. She has already in every way except by public admission. at least Joe Scarborough finally admitted it, but it took Trump to smoke him out.
Liz Cheney really is not a good representative of the party. She represents but one minority wing that has almost completely lost the basic principles of what it is to be forthright and honest with the constituents who elected her to the office in the first place.

I think Cindy McNoName resolved her own conflict. Liz has been a horrible representative of the GOP.
Cheney is doing this to herself. She knows well that by being anti-Trump is is taking a stand against 75 million voters.
