A suspected drunken driver accused of hitting and killing a New York City police officer streamed a video just hours prior saying "f--- the police."
Jessica Beauvais, 32, of Hempstead, New York, was arrested Tuesday on charges of vehicular manslaughter, suspended license and intoxicated driving, according to NBC New York. She's accused of striking highway officer Anastasios Tsakos earlier that morning as he was directing traffic following a fatal car crash in Queens.
Tsakos, 43, was taken to New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital in critical condition, where he later died from his injuries.
The nearly two-hour-long Facebook Live was streamed Monday night. In it, the woman identifies herself as Phoenix but law enforcement sources confirmed to NBC News that it is Beauvais.

The existence of the video supports the case for a first degree murder charge.
I would give her two choices:
1. Go to jail for AT LEAST 20 years - with no chance of parole until then.
or
2. Go to jail for 2 years, and then spend 10 years as a poster child championing the importance of police in society and how they should be treated with respect.
It is hard for me to believe we have gone so far from civility.
Yeah, like she’s really going to be an effective champion of the police. The really frustrating thing is she is likely to do less time than Chauvin, for a much worse act. Floyd was a dead man walking who died in police custody, this was a young man in the prime of life, who was killed by her utter and appalling irresponsibility.
Hand slap. Parole or a very reduce sentence. I can see it coming.
She certainly lived by her creed.

I’m not as naive as I was 24 years ago. I’m seeing all around me the changes in my nation. It is simply not the same country that it used to be and it is not my friend. That is why I must now conceal carry everywhere I go. Well, everywhere I go outside my own community, which is in rural kentucky.
No Nation lasts forever. And the day comes where, just like a spouse that has lost their love for you, you need to open your eyes and see them for who they really are.
And prepare accordingly.
This nation is at a turning point. It can go one of two ways: it can continue rapidly spiraling down the drain to a Russian revolution or French revolution point, or it can snap out of it, learn from what’s happened the last few years, and become a stronger Nation than it’s ever been. But for that to happen, the woke generation must be fully exposed for the lunacy they support, and that includes their leaders like biden, harris, et al. Time will tell which way it’s going to go. I highly recommend preparing for both. I also believe it will be swift.

Literally is not a word that you can use there. There would be actual people with real blood. You won’t find them.
just cut her head off and stop wasting tax dollars. I’ve had enough of this behavior. If these people can’t respect the rights of others then why should their rights be respected?
