Interesting, 10% of the SS Galician division were Jews— wow, how they must have been pushed into joining.

And later the Soviets purged all of them, Jews, Poles and Belarusans- which is not surprising when looking at the spectrum of Socialism to Communism being ALL Leftist and thus anti-Jews, anti-Poles and anti-Belarus (anything that stood in the way of the re-control of that area of the Ukraine under Soviet Russia.

A point usually overlooked about the Nazi Germans-— they were Socialists who were, on the Socialist Leftist spectrum in competition with the majority of post WWI out of work labor in Weimar, who were the German Communist Party (leftover from the Bolsheviks whom the Kaiser sponsored, with Lenin, who removed the Romanovs and the Kerensky Socialist run Duma in Russia— to create Lenin/Stalin Soviets).

So, the Socialist Nazis who were welcomed in the Ukraine vs. the Holodomor monsters of Stalin/NKVD etc.— recruited Jews, Poles Belarusans to fight the Communist Soviet Russians, and the Nazis lost, and the Soviets wiped out all who were left and also got Churchill and Stalin to “give up” Allied prisoners which included the Anti-Communist Don Cossacks who had joined the nazis. Done at Yalta— American witnesses to this deliberate tragedy, escorted the POWs to the Russian border where they were immediately executed, in sight of the Americans— Don Cossack White Russian leaders- cavalry Generals Pyotr Krasnov and Andrei Shkuro were executed.

Documented well as the Cossack Betrayal, and by the author Nikolai Tolstoy in “Victims of Yalta”— and done by FDR and Churchill to “not offend and to keep peace with Stalin”-— who was already working on “entering the war” against Japan.

It was a seething pool of resentment and counter resentments and reprisals

A scenario where the invading Germans had supporters especially in Lithuania

I’m no professor but I’ve read and watched reels on the period and it was ghastly ...the hatred between various communist and fascist supporting groups and the reprisals ....which were just ...whew....unprecedented in the modern era

Often carried out by the citizenry...on one another with either Soviets or nazis watching and encouraging

When the pro Germans in Lithuania were purging pro Soviets and Jews ...which Jews fairly or not were accused of being allied with...it was so personally brutal ...even the SS reeled them in. Imagine that

There are forests in Lithuania I’d fear to camp at night...so much personal brutality went on in them...by common townspeople on their neighbors ...often with just farm implements and firewood

What are your assertion for the sources that the SS Galician Division had more than a handful of Jewish members, who were blending in to survive.
I can list their crimes, but I'm sure you'll call it Communist propaganda.

Idenitity is complicated. There are plenty of ethnic Ukrainians who speak Russian as a first language. That doesn't actually mean they are Russian, but are spun that way. About 20% of Ukrainians call themselves Russians.
I called for a vote in each district on joining Russia, when this all began.

Not surprised, because the Nazis had collaborators from a whole lot of minorities they were sending to death camps. Essential in the “banking” of the stolen wealth were intermediaries who aided the Nazis (got stuff to Swiss banks— wonder how that worked ever? The Swiss Bankers were in partnership, and several have finally had to pay up- even though there are billions in stolen wealth still in numbered accounts held by whom?). Take a look at the very proud George Soros(”hey, I was a kid, and my dad got a nazi officer to “adopt” me) of his THEFT of his own culture’s wealth and seeing off the owners to the death camps. That’s a very “special” kind of psychopath. The Hungarians (who the EU clowns call Nazis— how ridiculous) have a WARRANT for any Soros, but particularly, Georgie boy to be placed on trial for crimes against Humanity— against Hungarian jews.

It was not Communist propaganda. One can understand an emotional response to the reality of jewish, polish, belarusan/soviet controlled, and ethnic Ukrainians collaborating with Nazis vs. the hated Stalinist NKVD. The White Russian survivors/Cossacks were glad to kill Soviets. Don’t need to be “set straight”.

It has taken two generations plus to expose this wealth and its source from collaborators. Today, one can find descendants of Vichy collaborators, quite wealthy and quite indignant for being exposed as Nazi collaborators— the point of fact in France anyway being that a large part of French Resistance (aided by OSS and UK handlers who were in turn being “run” by Soviet agents many cases. This is all known— now. See: Kim Philby).

Vichy France is still politically in control through the vast union/civil service rackets they ran during the war- helping the (and also- killing off, shipping off French jews). Today’s Lefitst “wokes” are filled with anti-semitics of every stripe— the Communist AntiFA and the BLM are chock full.

After what the Germans did to the Ukraine during WWII this makes no sense.

After what Stalin did to the Ukraine, both before and after WW2, it makes sense that they would hate Communists more than they would Nazis.

The Holodomor, Stalin's terror-famine, killed 3.9 million Ukrainians, about 13 percent of the population.

In the later part of the 19th century, the Russian government invited German settlers into the Ukraine with promises that they could earn free land in return for a share of their crops. Long story short, is that many accepted the offer and the Czar gradually increased the taxes to the point that many moved to America, settling in places like North Dakota.

The ethnic Germans in Ukraine still had relatives in Germany, who heard about Communist atrocities, and thus became willing to support ANYONE who was willing to stop the Communists from coming to power in Germany. (Which nearly happened, read about the Spartacist uprising of 1919 ).

You aren't giving any sources for ridiculous claims. It's like a third hand account of a conspiracy podcast. Jews were not part of the SS as Jews.
George soros was a member of the Arrow Cross, not the SS. And yes, he helped steal property from actual Jews. I say actual Jews, because Soros is a second generation atheist and antisemite. And the stolen property went to the Nazi-allied puppet regime running Hungary.

Put it this way FRiend— how do you think illegal drugs get into the United States, in the large quantities? There are clearly “bent” law enforcement who are paid off and or organizing as secretly as they can... the trans shipment. By comparison, in regard to the Nazi State’s goals and control of the society that was, nazis had lots of collaborators... lots of them and they did not exclude jews (secular/nonsecular or “ish”) or any other religionists/ethnic background. They co-opted anyone to the almighty nazi state and the apparat. Just as the Communists have and are doing now, and the apparently re-created neo Socialist Left of Europe (who luv them some Nazi— closeted from the public in layers of bureau-speak).

The State used.... everyone. It is a hard pill to swallow, and seek “other organizations” and people to have actuated the monsters WWII and post WWII. Soros being just one example.
