One wonders why the serial traitor is still breathing
Jean-Francois Kerre` is perfidious on his best days, and that is being generous in praise. He gives lying scoundrels everywhere a bad name, and there is no honor in the guy.
Another reason why universal military training is simply wasted on some people, and why the draft is such a dreadful way of recruiting cannon fodder. Kerry enlisted specifically to AVOID the draft, which made his service no less compulsory. And he resented every minute.
