I hope he had a license and proper trigger locks and so forth on the gun and it was properly registered because otherwise this man is a danger to society and belongs in jail. In fact, he was likely infected by rabies. I don’t think rabid individuals should be carrying firearms. And... was it a semi-automatic assault pistol? Just common sense gun laws - that’s all we ask.

I am glad he was able to finish it off before it hurt anyone else. They are going to need rabies shots, which will hurt!
