It drives me crazy how politicians practice expressive ‘hand movements’, as if those somehow give substance to their empty words.
Pelosi and Psaki especially display this nutsy behavior.
I guess some numbskull ‘image’ person has coached them in it.
It doesn’t convey anything at all - especially not sincerity or conviction.
