Yes. They are all over. Just yesterday, another one was arrested for assault. A 33 year-old from Brooklyn was at a pet-friendly restaurant, when he decided to kick a lady’s dog. When the lady tried to defend her dog, he started beating her up. Another patron intervened in defense of the lady, they got into a scuffle where the perp bit off a piece of the gentleman’s cheek. He is now getting the Puerto Rican Jail Experience.

I’ll go out on a limb and say this isn’t as nice as the Mainland US Jail Experience.
Probably still beats the Peruvian Jail Experience where they throw you into a walled ghetto and you’re on your own.
