My start and quick end to smoking was with Parliment cigarettes that had a cotton filter tip. You have to be pretty darn old to remember them.

I remember Parliments. One type came in a red package, the other type came in blue.

Didn’t Parliment’s have a slightly recessed filter? I smoked Marlboro reds until I quit in the mid 70’s.
