I remember back in the 60s there were guys selling low tax Kentucky cigarettes in Cleveland out of car trunks at factory shift change times.

True story: I went to pick up my college kid last year in his on campus dorm. Before I entered the dorm I passed a few kids smoking cigarettes outside in the cold. There was a sign on the dorm entrance that said “no smoking cigarettes inside the dorm.” I then entered the dorm and the thick smell of weed was everywhere.
Do you miss it? I once got into a casual conversation with a delivery man, who mentioned that he used to smoke but hadn't touched a cigarette in ten years.
"Do you miss it?" I jokingly asked.
"Oh yes!" he cried, and it was obvious he was being serious. "Every single day of my life, I kid you not!"
I miss it.
This will lose the dems a lot of black voters.
