Author is right about the problem (rage among blacks) but wrong about the solution. Demand that blacks behave like civilized human beings or they will be separated from the rest of the population.
Nothing else will suffice.
Africanization is anti civilization. The rage is self inflicted by those who segregate themselves in urban enclaves
