Republican-controlled legislatures are charging forward with a raft of new state laws imposing limits on voting.
GOP lawmakers in Montana recently passed new voting restrictions. And GOP legislators in Florida, Arizona and Texas soon could follow — as Republicans scramble to change the ground rules for future elections.
“It’s continuing full-speed ahead on this nationwide trend by state legislators to restrict voting access,” said Jonathan Diaz, legal counsel for voting rights at the nonpartisan Campaign Legal Center.

Democrat-led Federal Administration pushes forward with efforts to denying citizens a say in how their government operates and treats the citizens of the U.S.
Why does the press never state the other side of the coin I wonder? /sarcasm
That is going to get Stacey Abrams’ panties she bought at Atlanta Tent and Awning in a mASSive wad.
Nice how the media make election accountability sound evil.
Did you have to put that mental image in my head?
Republican-led legislatures push forward with efforts to restrict voting access

They want to restrict voting to the living who are citizens. It’s outrageous.
imagine her in a thong... 😂
Shudder...
You beat me to it...
I was about to say, now there’s a mental image I really didn’t need...
The writer did an amazing job of packing in Democrat talking points into the first paragraph alone. All propaganda, all the time.

” restrict voting access”
CNN wrote these three words. This is a perfect illustration of creating a false narrative in 3 words. Anyone reading this without access to the facts would think that Republicans were trying to keep valid voters from voting, with its dark allusion to keeping Blacks from voting, The reality is they are ID laws which 71% of those polled agree that an ID should be produced to vote including a majority of Blacks to prevent folks not entitled to vote from diluting the votes of those entitled to vote. These are particularly necessary now that most states are expanding vote by mail where most of this fraud takes place.

Yes, restrict criminal aliens, dead people, multiple personalities and visitors from space from voting.
This is just more political theatre for the rubes and perpetual suckers in the GOPee to bullschitt them all that the GOPee ever gave a rat’s ass about election integrity, the will of the people, the Constitution, and liberty itself. They sure as hell didn’t do a g*****n thing when the 2020 fraudulent electoral catastrophe was upon us. Never forget that the overwhelming majority of the House and Senate GOPee members, and I mean damn near every effing one of them, voted for The Big Steal on January 6th. GOPee Delenda Est!
Yep and Jonathan Diaz is nothing more than a rigging pimp.
Restrict Voter acce.......OH! You mean election integrity. Yes! We are pushing forward with laws to protect voter and election integrity and to make sure the theft of an election like what happened last time via massive fraud doesn’t happen again.
Its long overdue and some of the laws passed are not sufficient like Georgia’s for example. But they are at least a step in the right direction. We’ll keep working at it until we close off the largest avenues of fraud like no excuse mail in voting, drop boxes, ballot harvesting, no meaningful observation of the count, etc. We need to pass government issued photo ID requirements everywhere.
Please explain in detail how any of the regulations intended to prevent fraud are stopping any legitimate voter of any color from casting one ballot in each election, in his own district, under his own name. I’ll wait.
