A certain percentage of the population are just mean nasty arrogant authoritarians. And born that way. Upbringing does nothing to mitigate it. These people gravitate to politics and other govt jobs where they can spend their time abusing people legally. Newsome is one of these guys. Well, the entire panoply of RAT Party officials is this way. When they get in power these sorts of people get rid of the decent people and eventually the entire organization is made up of such rotten people. We are seeing it now in full force in the RAT Party since they think they are untouchable.

The ballot has two questions: 1)yes or no on the recall, 2)if the recall passes, who should be his replacement?
The governor cannot run as one of the candidates to replace himself. However, it is being said that if it looks as though the recall will pass, Newsom might resign. Then he can join the candidates running to replace him--and because there will be dozens, maybe even hundreds of candidates splitting up the vote, he could very likely win.
Bruce Jenner is not on the ballot. The insane Self mutilating freak fake female formerly known as Bruce Jenner is running.

If the recall didn’t matter the Rats wouldn’t fight it so hard. Even if he is replaced by another liberal drone, just the act of throwing Greasom out of office would put the fear of accountability in some of these dirtbag politicians.
An aside. 40 counties in CA are Dominion election services so we may get to restart the debate on election fraud, depending how desperate the Rats get.

An election would decide. Candidates file nomination papers with county elections officials. The secretary of state will certify the names of candidates. If the majority of voters say yes on the question to recall, the governor is removed and the candidate with the majority vote is his successor.
Is it majority of the vote, or the highest vote total?
