People in India are dying in the streets amid a catastrophic surge of COVID-19 infections — prompting an oxygen shortage and mass cremations to deal with the overwhelming amount of bodies.
“The virus is swallowing our city’s people like a monster,” said Mamtesh Sharma, an official at the Bhadbhada Vishram Ghat crematorium in Bhopal.
Sharma said the unprecedented crush of bodies has forced them to skip individual ceremonies and rituals that are Hindu traditions.

Lots of poorer people in crowded conditions, probably not in the best of health to begin with, variants that are more communicable.
Under those conditions, the WuFlu may manifest as more like the 1918 flu pandemic.
Here is an issue. I cannot get an accurate number of deaths in the US for 2020 vs 2019. Everytime I search I cannot get a simple number all I get is different political opinions. Where are you getting your raw numbers from with no commentary or political skew involved. I can’t find the US death number for 2020 on the CDC website.
I’m gonna tell Kozak on you!

What are the circumstances of people “dying in the streets”?
China and India have some battles going. This was probably a new gift from Fauxi’s lab.
Sobering reality.
So sad.
And there are people here who still argue this virus doesn’t even exist.
Can't this be said of any treatment in general? If not given early on it's effectiveness is reduced or non-existent? It's not a really good argument against the use of HCQ.
If not given early on any treatment loses its effectiveness; not giving oxygen, asprin, chemo, setting a broken bone, brushing teeth, combing hair, corrective shoes, steroids, inhalers, etc...
Makes me wonder if China released ChiCom Virus version 23 in India recently.
This crap that these viruses are mutations is crap. Even the ChiComs admitted that they were designing viruses to attack different populations.
I’ll bet that China has already got another version coming to the U.S. to keep our economy locked up while we have the Idiot ChiCom Joe steering the Ship into oblivion.
I had to hunt for the info myself. I agree it isn’t very easily accessible:
Number of deaths in the US in 2018: 2,839,205 (https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/products/databriefs/db355.htm)
Number of deaths in the US in 2019: 2,854,838 (https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/products/databriefs/db395.htm)
Number of deaths in the US in 2020: 3,378,126 (https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/COVID19/index.htm - Preliminary but still rising)
You’ll notice that from 2018 to 2019, there was a 0.5% increase in total deaths in the United States. In 2020, there was an 18.3% increase over 2019. That’s unheard of outside of incredibly extreme situations. Like World War II.
It appears you’ve been a Freeper for almost a full year now! Happy anniversary! Browsing your posts, it appears every single one of your posts exist to dismiss the skeptical Covid posts. Your NAME suggests that you are pro 2nd Amendment. Why have you not posted one single piece about the 2nd Amendment? Or any other topic, EVEN ONCE? Why didn’t you create a Name like “TakeTheVaccine”, or “CovidGuru”. You’re not just trying to refute the skeptics’ Covid narrative, are you? OF COURSE NOT! You are of course a dedicated Conservative, right? P.O.S. traitor scum.
Kinda makes you wonder if those reports about Covid being a disease designed to take out large population nations are true after all!
Some articles on FR have said that India was doing well as long as they were using the Ivermectin.
They have recently xut back on its use and are depending on the vaccines instead.
That could explain it.
I’d go with correlation for now.
It would make sense to amass and present as much data as possible without putting a stake in the ground. Currently, the timelines and data can show the holes in certain claims regarding efficacy.

These are COVID related numbers. I just want the raw, I don’t care what they died of numbers. Where are those numbers?
See post 77.
I’m honored you felt the need to stalk me, but a little disappointed you weren’t curious enough to go past the first page.
I comment on the stories of the day. On days with lots of news on guns, I have lots of comments about guns and gun rights. On days with lots of news about Officer Chauvin or policing in general, I have lots of comments on those threads. Since COVID-19 dominates so many threads over the past year, I have lots of comments about that too.
But thank you for the personal attacks and name-calling. It helps me to understand how best to view you and your posts in the future.
Now please stop posting to me.
