Americans (and everyone else) should limit the red meat diet. It is very unhealthy.

Thanks for the “health” tip Adolph! You never went to see the piles of human MEAT that you— mr. “healthy” vegetarian murdering lunatic— commanded to be gassed and shot on a vast scale. No— you can’t stand the sight of blood, neither you nor Himmler, and oh, btw, neither could Stalin or Lenin. And, at the end you declared the German people weren’t worth saving and ordered the rest of them eliminated too. Vegetarianism is not healthy.

There is nothing unhealthy in the omnivore homo sapiens diet of red meat, fruit, vegetables, fish, eggs, birds, snake, goat, beef... it is all food. We are omnivores. It is how we as a species developed into the dominant species, from the time and labor saved from eating meat we have grown for protein— whole protein.

BS. Animal protein fuels faster brain cell development. Our ancestors didn't fight their way into nature by eating wheat grass and alfalfa sprouts.
