I cringe every time I hear Bannon say he is not a "machine guy." He demonstrates a total lack of understanding of what occurred. Adjudication of the votes facilitated by the machines allows individuals to change votes on a mass scale by just moving a collection file over to the official vote totals.
In some MI and GA counties adjudication was as high as 86%.
Well he does appear to have aged say from 50 or 60 to 110 at least.
