We're not going to restrain police from defending themselves, which would expose them to being shot by whoever wants to shoot them. So let's take all of the police out of black neighborhoods and see how that works out. It would be like the violence in South Africa after the end of Apartheid.

I live in a similar small town and we have near 40% Black and 30% Hispanic population. Those numbers go up about 10-15% on Sundays because of visitation.
