On June 14, 2017, a team of Republican lawmakers went to an athletic field in Alexandria, Virginia to practice for the annual Congressional Baseball Game for Charity. As they worked out, a man armed with a semi-automatic rifle and pistol approached and opened fire. Representative Steve Scalise, the House Republican whip, was gravely wounded. A lobbyist was also seriously hurt, and a congressional aide and Capitol Police officer were wounded, as well.
The shooter, James Hodgkinson of Belleville, Illinois, was an active Bernie Sanders supporter who hated Republicans and particularly hated then-President Donald Trump. “Trump is a Traitor. Trump Has Destroyed Our Democracy. It’s Time to Destroy Trump & Co.,” Hodgkinson posted on his Facebook page. He thought of himself as part of the Resistance. He joined Facebook groups like “Terminate The Republican Party” and “Join The Resistance Worldwide!!”
Hodgkinson came to the Washington area in 2017, living out of a van parked in Alexandria. He brought his guns and developed a plan to attack Republicans. He went to the baseball field with a list of several GOP members of Congress in his pocket, along with physical descriptions of some of them. Before the attack, he asked Republican Representative Jeff Duncan, who was leaving practice early, whether the players on the field were Republicans or Democrats. Duncan said it was the Republican team. A short time later, Hodgkinson opened fire. After a rampage of nearly ten minutes, he was killed by Capitol Police and Alexandria Police.
The attack was a clear act of violent, politically-motivated domestic terrorism. There was simply no doubt about that. And yet last week, Republican Representative Brad Wenstrup, who had been at the practice, revealed that the FBI concluded Hodgkinson was simply trying to commit “suicide by cop.”

Virtually every gov’t agency will have to be cleaned out if sane people ever get control. How is this not political terrorism? Only because it was perpetrated against Republicans or conservatives. Apparently WE are the only ones who can be considered terrorists.
I was pissed at the time that the Republicucks didn’t pin the attack on the RATS. We’re in a street fight. Fight dirty.
Face it, people. Our government hates us.
Plan accordingly.

I would fire EVERYONE on the 7th floor. The next Pubbie president owes that to us, to Steve Scalise, and to Donald Trump.
He demands we get answers. LOL!
This, and the redacted Seth Rich documents, is simply the FBI hawking a loogie to the face of the right...

Remember all those Democrat demands for the FBI to enhance their statistics and record-keeping to quantify threats? Remember FBI Director Chris Wray using those FBI compiled statistics to say that “white nationalists” are the greatest threat? Put those two issues together and consider….
….What value are statistical records when those who compile the records are politically motivated to mislabel the true origin of any attack?
Think about it.
Cue the visual demonstration:
WASHINGTON – A congressman who was on the baseball field during the 2017 shooting that nearly killed GOP Whip Steve Scalise says the FBI privately informed lawmakers it ruled the attack a “suicide by cop,” a designation he said downplayed the shooter’s apparently political motivation.
Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio) revealed the previously undisclosed determination during a hearing of the House Intelligence Committee on Thursday, upbraiding FBI Director Christopher Wray and prompting several colleagues of both parties to pile on. He said FBI agents privately briefed the baseball team on Nov. 16, 2017 to deliver the controversial determination. (read more)
It doesn’t take much more than common sense to see the motives and agenda of a politically intent FBI at work here. A politically aligned bureaucratic system within the institution can downplay, and label things they do not like to see discussed, according to their own agenda.
It facilitates the leftist political agenda and objectives of the narrative engineers to downplay actual violence against their opposition. Conversely, the statistical manipulation assists in advancing narratives that are based on overly exaggerated false claims. Who benefits?… the real threats.
Real threats are downplayed because the institutions are structurally chasing priorities that don’t exist. They are creating a false impression of risks and the result is the institution expends resources to… well, NASCAR racetracks where 13 FBI agents are dispatched to investigate a garage pull-down rope.
The FBI chases the invisible ghosts of ‘white supremists’ on NASCAR tracks; meanwhile, actual threats from Islamic extremists and Antifa are ignored because the manipulated statistics quantify the threat as “low risk”.
See how that works?
The “suicide by cop” determination was a Comey call.
FBI: America’s dung hill.
<< FBI concluded Hodgkinson was simply trying to commit “suicide by cop.” >>
Had the shooter instead been a Trump supporter and shot Dem pols, the FBI would’ve officially concluded that not only was this an act of domestic terrorism, but that unabashed Trump supporters are domestic terrorists and should be treated as such.
It’s dangerous enough that big media and big tech and academia are all Democrat party fascist propagandists. But when our intel and law enforcement agencies act as the military arm of that cult as they currently are, the situation becomes exponentially more dire.
Once you realize that the FBI went from being the world’s greatest law enforcement agency to just a band of dirty cops, you understand their logic and motives. The next GOP President should disband them completely and start over rebuilding the organization with men and women who want to impartially enforce the law and nothing else.
The treasonous mindset trickles downhill even to the basement. Firing the top is a start but it must go much much deeper. Our nation is at stake.
"On November 16, 2017, the FBI briefed those of us who were at the field that day," Wenstrup said last week at a House Intelligence Committee hearing featuring FBI Director Christopher Wray.
--- why on Earth did the GOP members who were shot, and shot at, keep that fact hidden for years?
Once you realize that the FBI went from being the world’s greatest law enforcement agency to just a band of dirty cops, you understand their logic and motives.
I’m not sure the FBI ever lived up to that billing. After all J. Edgar Hoover as Director-for-Life was blackmailing a succession of US Presidents so that he had leeway to enforce the laws and investigate the citizens as he, J. Edgar, saw fit. He did some great work during Prohibition against the Mobs, and superb stuff against the German spies landed during WW2. Buts let not kid ourselves... a lot of corners were cut then, too.
Then J. Edgar dies and an apparachik William Grey gets elevated by Richard Nixon. But another FBI lifer, Mark Felt, thought he should have gotten the gig. And, well, as ‘Deep Throat’ he used selective leaks to tie the Nixon Administration to the Watergate burglary and an administration was brought down.
Now the entire 7th Floor of the FBI seems to be of a single mind... the Left is Good... Republicans must be destroyed if they oppose. So, yeah, it’s much worse now. But to paraphrase a famous Democrat... “The FBI was never all that great.”
and THAT...
is the right question
The FBI is a corrupt organization and always has been and is a direct threat to the existence of America and needs to be closed.
The corruption started with J. EDGAR Hoover and has only grown since with highpoints like involvement in the Kennedy assassination and covering up Hillary’s and Bill’s crimes.
Once closed it should be replaced by an agency where hiring is based upon merit NOT your sexual proclivities or skin color and ALL personnel should be forced to undergo a 1 year full time classroom on American Civics, History, and how NOT to be Partisan in the dispensation of their duties. At the end of the 1 year class, you must take a pledge not to act in a partisan way in carrying out your duties.
Maddening.
