I’m growing my own red meat, meat goats. Goat won’t be outlawed because Muslims and Hispanics are goat meat consumers. (and I don’t have enough room for cattle) Meat’s meat and we gotta eat.
Now I just need a small breed of pig to add a little fat.
I’ve done meat chickens once but not the Cornish Cross, a Red Ranger type and it ended up a little over $5/lb and their a hybrid so you can’t breed your own. Gotta buy day old chicks from the hatchery every year.
