Correct. Reporting on Bannon's War Room indicates that the Rat Party will not post bond. They could judge shop this with a Federal court, but it looks really bad since they were given a chance to post bond and come up with evidence over the weekend. Plus, all elections are state run. A federal court is the wrong venue for this.
