Lots of viruses cause hemagglutination. This fact is basic to virus concentration assays.
Things that a virus protein can do can also be done by a viral protein from a vaccine. For instance if the spike can bind to blood cells and you have antibodies binding to two spikes you would get agglutination.
On the other hand many millions of people have gotten vaccines in the last few months so we also get some million to one coincidences.
So it may be a rare side effect, or not. If so it might well be because the mom already had antibodies to the virus. Many of these severe reactions are probably due to that: the immune system already has a strong reaction to the spike.
For those who haven’t been paying attention, the pathogenesis of CCP virus ( what makes you sick) is not due the virus killing your cells, it is due your immune reaction to the virus. (inflammation and attacks by killer cells on cells displaying the antigen.). The danger of the vaccine is the vaccine contributing to an immune system overreaction. (such as the cytokine storm). Once your immune system is trained, a few virions that could cause an infection will be stopped, but the immune reaction wont cause severe damage.
I wouldn’t take the vaccine if I had had the virus. My wife and I were scheduled for the vaccine tomorrow so we were tested yesterday, results today, negative.
For me it seems the lesser of two risks. My inlaws were very sick for a month, and a couple of their friends died.
