Deal involved a former U.S. ambassador to China, a former top Joe Biden aide and a Chinese state-owned bank. "We have all the pieces in place in China to move on this," one email boasted.
Hunter Biden's efforts to score big money in China while his father was vice president were far-reaching, including proposals to build a SeaWorld theme park in the communist country and to get Beijing to invest in an NBA arena in America, emails and memos obtained by Just the News show.
The deals also involved a Chinese state-owned bank, former Obama ambassador to China Gary Locke and one of then-Vice President Joe Biden's closest aides, his former body man Francis "Fran" Person, the memos show.
On July 17, 2015, for instance, Hunter Biden emailed his business partners Jim Bulger and Devon Archer asking them to reach out to Person about a "very real China deal he is working on." In a separate email to Archer, Hunter Biden vouched for Person as "my Dad's body guy for 8 years." Person had left the vice president's staff about a year earlier, and would later run unsuccessfully for Congress.
The deal was a joint-venture to build SeaWorld amusement parks in China with land acquisitions, construction, and development financed by the Chinese Communist Party's state-owned development bank. The China Development Bank is run by CCP officials and has been described as the "engine" that powers Beijing's economic development policies.

According to official federal records, 177 firms participated in TALF, many of them well connected in Washington or on Wall Street. For investors, there was little risk and a high chance of reward. Obama's Federal Reserve funded as much as 90% of the investments. If the bonds were profitable, the borrowers benefited. The CCP deal HAD to be arranged in DC by Biden's staff----well-in-advance of the official trip------
so when the Bidens arrived the deal was good to go, and a license to do business at the ready.
Joe Biden pled innocent, saying he and Hunter "did not discuss" the lucrative CCP business deal during the 12 hour flight. Of course not ---- b/c the Hunter deal was all done in advance ....... by Joe's tax-paid VP staff.
Hunter Biden soaked the taxpayers, using govt-sponsored travel to conduct private business, flying on the VP’ s plane and having the VP's staff arrange the details.

with every detail in place----even how long Biden waved before going down the steps to meet the Chinese delegation.

BACKSTORY Scott Green is now a (cough) 'national security lobbyist”......he formerly served as a tax-paid staffer for Sen Joe Biden. Green made a deal with a Biden brother paying $150,000 for land tax assessed at only $38,000. In effect, James Biden got his money back while keeping most of the land—recouping his investment in just 12 months.
Ex-staffer Green was the front man ---- seemingly losing money to enrich James Biden.
But VP Joe Biden repaid his ex-staffer Green bigtime for doing the Biden family a financial favor. Green’s ties to Biden merited him a financial windfall (on the backs of struggling taxpayers).
