#4 has been on my list forever. When I hear someone say “Our Democracy” I give them a lecture. News people and politicians say democracy all of the time. Most people if ask will get it wrong.

I actually called out a coworker for saying “cis” which I caricaturized as sounding too much like “real” and therefore offensive. They think I am a huge liberal so they stifled themselves.
