Why doesn’t Matthew have a conversation with the idiots at the FBI who are repeatedly warned about potential mass shooters but choose to do nothing?

Then there was the potential mass shooting in Garland, Texas by mooselimbs who were upset at the Muhammed drawing contest.
That shooting never happened because the local cops foiled it....the feds knew what was going to happen and, as usual, they didn’t do squat.

In the context used at the time, ‘well regulated” means well equipped.
And it is not a condition for keeping and bearing arms. It is actually a GOAL of not infringing the right to keep bear arms. The Founders wanted a well equipped militia to protect the nation and liberty, so there was to be no infringement on keeping and bearing arms.
Just a pretty boy trying to play both sides, and jumping out in front of a football team like he expects it to help.
