Looks like the vaccine isn’t working. It has been available since late December. That didn’t work, so they have activated the police state that they always fondly longed for.

I’m not sure the vaccine “isn’t working.” As of yesterday, less than 20% of Canada’s population has received even a single vaccine dose, and only 2% has received a second dose.
