While answering a reporter’s question on gun control in light of the FedEx attack, President Joe Biden suggested there is a mass shooting every day, if you add up other shootings.
Biden said, “Every single day there’s a mass shooting in the United States if you count all those who are killed out on the streets of our cities and our rural areas.”
He went on to claim that gun owners support universal background checks and suggested the “majority” of gun owners “think we should not be selling ‘assault weapons.'”
While making his comments, Biden asked, “Who in God’s name needs a weapon that can hold 100 rounds, or 40 rounds, or 20 rounds?”
He added, “It’s just wrong.”
Earlier in the day Friday the White House released a statement from Biden in which he admitted he still lacked “critical details about the shooting.” Yet he said, “We must act.”

And every day there is a moron as POTUS.
He must be counting all the shootings in the big Democratic controlled cities in the US so that I guess that justifies his desire to disarm all law abiding citizens in America.
Give President Biden a few more “massacres” and every flagpole will be required to have equipment to do half staff on a daily basis!
He's about to get some texts from persons in those urban paradise cities. "Shut yo' face. Don' say nuffin bout our private reasons to off somebody. None of yo' bizness."

does this guy even know that those who legally purchase gun permits and guns DO have background checks run? So there already is a national registry of sorts? Or is he still stuck in 1970?

I’ve heard this same claim since 1962 when the Democrats said gun owners WANTED gun registration. It has always been a bogus claim.

What percentage of victims are criminals and thugs shot by other criminals and thugs? How many victims are wounded and killed by weapons OTHER THAN guns?
One thing is for certain, no “mass shootings” by citizens has ever or will ever come anywhere close to the horrendous genocidal murders perpetrated by the world’s governments throughout history. Our Founders were acutely aware of that fact, which is the reason they saw fit to include the Second Amendment in our Bill of Rights! Biden/Harris and their vicious anti-American regime manages to get your guns, the next genocide could easily happen right here in America.
It could get ugly.
