Jonathan Pentland, 42, on Monday aggressively confronted a young black man named only as Deandre. Deandre is mentally ill and has been committed to a facility following the incident in a quiet gated community, DailyMail.com can reveal. Pentland has been charged with third degree assault and battery. Deandre had been facing charges of trespass and animal cruelty from different incidents, but he has now been determined mentally incapable of standing trial.
...The father of two has been suspended from his drill instructor role until the outcome of the Department of Justice assault charge.
Brigadier General Milford Beagle Jnr, commander of Fort Jackson, said: 'Soldier conduct on and off duty must be exemplary to retain the trust of our communities and our nation.'

The DM article has a play by play with transcript. lso photo of protestors outside Pentland's home. One thing we didn't know from the American MSM is, it was a gated community (so how did the protestors get in), the 'victim' had caused disturbances on days leading up to this one, the 'victim' also faced charges on animal cruelty but was deemed incompetent for trial.

I just don't... Was Deandre in the right neighborhood or the wrong neighborhood?

I’ve seen it stated that the black folks were clearly bussed into the neighborhood to cause trouble. There are other blacks just walking around in video. This guy had no business being there, and there’s no reason why someone would be standing around waiting to catch footage.
Clearly they had this mentally ill black guy trespass onto this guy’s lawn, waited until his bizarre behavior provoked the owner, started filming in an out of context way to make the owner look bad, and then brought in the violent protestors to toss bricks through this guy’s window.
It’s a strategy to spread BLM violence from the cities to “where all da white peepo be at”.

he was inside a gated community that he didn’t live at and wasn’t a guest of anyone. From the story yesterday, he had several, I think the word was, altercations, with residents until one of them went and got the Sgt.

Mark my words: The day will come where bus-loads of mentally-incompetent "diverse" people will be shipped to your Gated Community, and if you make a "peep" while they waltz all over your lawn (or do "other things," for want of a port-a-pottie), you will suffer consequences, you White Supremacist, you!

Committed to a facility?
How convenient. A perfect way to make the white guy look bad.

Contact youir state reps. Get a law passed. Any protest at any private residence is a felony trespass and violators are subject to immediate arrest and removal. No bail, no ROR release.
I’m calling Monday. They’ve honed their skills to scare anyone including the members of congress and the SCOTUS.
Who can handle a riot in their front yard? This is America - any such action is an act of violence and intimidation.
If they don’t belong there they should be arrested.
Period.

Identify them as a racist hate group and maybe the Supreme Court false gods in black dresses will agree that such a lynch mob CANNOT gather to threaten you in your home.

Who can handle a riot in their front yard? If my family is inside, as soon as they touch the house, as I understand they did to Mr. Pentland's abode, the gloves come off. My family's security is way more important to me than some socialist/globalist rioter's life.

How was the Staff Sergeant supposed to be able to tell this guy was mentally ill? We’re all of the BLM protesters also mentally ill?

Those must have been the "other incidents". If law enforcement can't handle that situation then I honestly would not know what to do, if it were my neighborhood.

Did they pick that gated community because the Queen of Wakanda was shopping for another mansion she could buy using BLM money?

private neighborhood.
gated community.
trespasser told to leave.
didn't leave.
resident called police and confronted the trespasser.
trespasser took steps towards the residents wife.
resident shoved trespasser back to sidewalk.
i see nothing wrong on the part of the sgt.
the b.general is black so the drill sgt will be tossed under the bus.

Arrested?!
The guy should be given an award.
He was keeping trash out of his neighborhood
And trash in this case has NOTHING to with color.
The so called “victim” was harassing people in their neighborhood. I’m sure black families live there as well .

It’s been awhile but since when didn’t the Military give mental eval’s? Or a Drill Instructor not be in your face no matter race or gender?
Animal cruelty are signs of a Psychopathic KILLER.
