Twitter Bans Veritas Founder James O’Keefe — He Threatens Lawsuit In Response
Forbes ^ | April 15, 2021 | Joe Walsh

Twitter permanently banned Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe on Thursday, accusing the controversial right-wing personality of violating the social network’s spam and platform manipulation rules — but O’Keefe says he plans on suing Twitter in response.

O’Keefe’s suspension is permanent, a Twitter spokesperson told Forbes.

The spokesperson cited Twitter’s platform manipulation and spam rules, which prohibit users from running fake accounts and using multiple accounts to “artificially amplify or disrupt conversations,” though the company did not point to a specific infraction.

O’Keefe told Forbes in a statement he plans on suing Twitter for defamation next week, denying that he ever operated fake accounts.

Wow! Forbes is playing hardball. Not only did I have to pause Ad Block, I also had to pause Ghostery.

Discovered I could avoid all the BS by using Reader View.

But then they limit the number of articles you can read. Time to delete some cookies.

BTW, Ghostery, before it got cut off, reported 64 trackers, that's a bunch!

They used that exact defamatory reasoning against me and others.

I think it’s a blanket attack against anyone on Twitter they decide pare.

Think there’s one thing clear here. Project Veritas has never lost a legal case. If they move forward, I suspect they will find grounds on universal use like the old Ma Bell and its ensuing break-up.

Bring it!

Project Veritas will sue. That categorization is a manipulation by Twatter itself against many and its insane.

But that they released it publicly like that attaching their company to the defamation against Project Veritas and O’Keefe is dumb.

They have good lawyers there. Twatter handed them a gift. Morons.

Some of the accounts retweeting PV content may not have been owned by human individuals.

@jackhole was really stupid to ban him for making fake accountes. O’Keefe has won every lawsuit.

Dorsey’s a figure head.

Check out the institutional ownership.

That’s who’s calling the shots.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Of course Dorsey agrees and likes being the figurehead. What is the institutional ownership?
Would not surprise me now if O’Keefe publishes behind the scenes interviews with Twitter personnel describing how they make up crap to ban people they don’t like.
Amy Barrett is useless and seemed to just be a plea to get the woman’s vote but I’ve always wondered if maybe Kavanaugh is really another Deshaun Watson and leftys kept the good stuff they have on him under wraps to keep him voting relatively liberal as he has been since he got appointed
I believe PV has never lost a defamation lawsuit. His opponents almost always back down. When they don’t...
Big Tech has already systematically deplatformed a number of conservatives. Big Banks and payment processors like Paypal have cut off people like Laura Loomer and Pamela Gellar, too.
They will “accidentally” flip your status in COVID vaccine passport apps to infected or delete the app on their targets, just as they “accidentally” disable their Twitter accounts regularly.
It hurts you more, because you can’t get an Uber or go to the grocery store ...
My copy of 1984 just arrived today courtesy of Amazon. I am surprised they sell it. I read it 50 years ago. It is time to read it again.
I recently listened to the audiobook of 1984 from my library. It is extremely well done and understandable. I had bought a book but the print is so small I can hardly read it.
We are living a combination of “Brave New World” and 1984 right now. I hope things can get turned around before it is too late.
