If not for 9/11, Bush would have been a one term president.
The CIA stealing the nomination for 43is one of my biggest regrets.
The other choices were Gore and Kerry. What else could we do? I made the same mistake. Not voting was NOT an option.
Yep.
Shutup, GW. Failure to overturning the Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1965 should have been your second biggest failure. Failure to adequately respond to the Islamic war atack on the United States of America was your biggest failure.
taking out 3000 people should be his greatest regret.
Bush senior’s failures gave us Clinton and Bush junior gave us Obama. Stealing the election gave us Biden.
Only the GOP get suckered into passing this crap
And by immigration reforms he means open borders. If there’s one positive thing the Bush and Obama administrations accomplished they opened our eyes to the deep state and it’s control of both parties.
RE: George W. Bush calls not passing immigration reform one of his biggest regrets
He was on track to be a good President when he made the mistake of spending ALL of his political capital on the war to take down Saddam Hussein.
He had a chance to reform social security and even mentioned it in his SOTU address.... never got to it.
He was the one who identified the problem of NINJA loans and the looming mortgage debacle early on. He just gave the speech and did nothing.
WASTED OPPORTUNITY.
J’Accuse…!
We didn’t stay out the Bushes.
What about not building the border wall that was funded at the time?
What a maroon.....
Georgie was a democrat trapped in a republican body during his two terms. That’s why he never responded to the democrats criticisms. He agreed with them.
I am sure it is George. I am sure it is.
The SOB reopened the Mexican border 1 day after 9/11.
That was the day I woke up. I was in shock. Why would the idiot do that? What nation did this idiot work for?
In 2004 I wrote in Mickey Mouse, because there was no one else worth being on the ballot.
In W’s defense, he was too busy starting unwinnable wars to focus on anything else.
/s, of course. Others might disagree, but IMO George W. Bush was one of the three worst presidents in US history. (I won’t mention the other two as not to hijack this thread.)
One of my biggest regrets is voting for him.
“Why oh why did I vote for him twice and defend him? What a waste.”
Who was better, in November, 2000 or November, 2004?
He forgot how much he was vilified. The “press” agains tries to make news or manipulate the narrative so they can make money. All self serving, profit only oriented, dishonest media need to be financially destroyed.
Americans think they are “aware” of the world issues but are fed unadulterated lies and wrong information by most media orgs.
My two cents…
What you see here is George W Bush, deep state compromised actor, amplifying the message to subvert our country.
This is not accidental. Nor was an accidental that the first thing the new administration did was flood our borders with new Democrat voters.
This needed to be done before they change the law to give them all legal voting status.
The coordination of message between the Biden administration the Obamas the Clintons and the bushes should be a clear indication that the deep state still lives and is trying to fundamental way pervert our constitution and nation.
