CDMedia spoke the other day with former Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne who stated that he believes the world will know within the next two months whether or not Donald Trump is returning to the White House to oust Joe Biden.

Byrne has been leading a cyber investigative team that includes numerous well-known “patriots” who have been fighting to overcome the coup that was perpetrated on the American people by the Biden regime.

The 2020 election was clearly stolen and Byrne and his allies believe the truth will come out within the next several months, if not the next several weeks.

“We have irrefutable proof,” Byrne says. “It is shocking what happened and who was involved. The information will all come out over the next few weeks. No one will be able to say this is not true.”

When asked about MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell’s recent comments about Trump being fully back in office by August, Byrne said that “that’s Lindell being Lindell.” At the same time, Lindell’s proposed scenario is not necessarily out of the question.

“This information is so earth-shattering that, yes, it is possible Trump could be back in the White House by the fall,” Byrne says. “We will reveal the truth. The remedy is up to the American people.”

Serious question. Even if fraud is proven, what mechanism (men with guns) is in place to remove Biarris and install Trump?

The legal remedy is the writ of quo warranto. A petition to remove a federal office holder must be filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. There is a right for a jury to determine the facts, in as much as any case ever gets decided by a jury anymore.

Remember Biarris has been working very hard to secure the military.
A better chance is the GOP being declared a hate crime organization by August because they won't disarm citizens.

The military and the three letter agencies will be very embarrassed, and people should lose their jobs. Biden's army of phantom voters can't bear arms or fight for the Dems. All they have are the Antifa and BLM riffraff.

Oh, so you are a Q-tard! Patrick Byrne has been a very successful businessman. His account of the final days of Trump in the WH, and his work with Gen. Flynn is about the best account I have heard of that, and what wasn't done that could have been done. His opinion is worthy of some consideration.

I too want to see the fraud proven beyond all doubt but it is too late now to "make things right" by putting Trump back in office.

Besides, even if we had a mechanism to restore Trump, we would be already a half a year into his second term and he would have a hostile Congress to deal with who would block him at every turn (as they mostly did in his first term).

Best case scenario is to prove the fraud beyond all doubt but let the Democrats live with the mess they made for the remainder of this presidential term. In the mid-term elections, we need to primary many RINOs and put as many MAGA people as we can into the House and Senate (as well as taking control of both Houses). This will set the stage for Trump to run again in 2024 (and with no vote fraud he'll win big) and have a very effective second term with MAGA congressional and senate support.

Here’s my plan: take back the House and Senate in 2022. Impeach Biden, Impeach Kamala (maybe on the grounds of Election Fraud or anything else I could not care less) remove them both, and the R speaker becomes POTUS.

Why wait until 2022? Audits in AZ, GA, or MI could easily give Republicans control of the Senate, and maybe a few more House seats would make things interesting too. I'd rather get greedy and shoot for quo warranto now and not wait.
