Within two months, America will know whether or not Trump is returning to office
NOQ Report ^ | April 15, 2021 | Ethan Huff

Posted on 04/15/2021 6:57:07 AM PDT by Dr. Franklin

CDMedia spoke the other day with former Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne who stated that he believes the world will know within the next two months whether or not Donald Trump is returning to the White House to oust Joe Biden.

Byrne has been leading a cyber investigative team that includes numerous well-known “patriots” who have been fighting to overcome the coup that was perpetrated on the American people by the Biden regime.

The 2020 election was clearly stolen and Byrne and his allies believe the truth will come out within the next several months, if not the next several weeks.

“We have irrefutable proof,” Byrne says. “It is shocking what happened and who was involved. The information will all come out over the next few weeks. No one will be able to say this is not true.”

When asked about MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell’s recent comments about Trump being fully back in office by August, Byrne said that “that’s Lindell being Lindell.” At the same time, Lindell’s proposed scenario is not necessarily out of the question.

“This information is so earth-shattering that, yes, it is possible Trump could be back in the White House by the fall,” Byrne says. “We will reveal the truth. The remedy is up to the American people.”

I'm tired of all the speculation. We will know when something actually happens.

No, state militias are entirely state and independent of the fed altogether - they can’t be federalized.

In fact the “military” is a product of the states as the state national guards are and have always been the main strength of the regular forces.

When Lincoln needed an army he went to the governors.

So general question for this thread This Italian court has jurisdiction in the USA over both the USSC & the Constitution ? Ok we’ll see !

Italy has jurisdiction over those who use its servers, and move money through its banks. There is no immunity for a former U.S. president, and we have an extradition treaty with Italy. Connect the dots and figure that one out.

I agree with you 100% What he detailed regarding the inside workings of the Trump administration regarding Rudy etc. was eye opening. Byrne know his stuff. It got ugly with Rudy, who was obviously not up to the job.

Giuliani didn't want to litigate the fraud prematurely before all of the evidence was developed and available. That may have been a wise choice. Ultimately it was Trump who failed to take the advice of Sidney Powell and Gen. Flynn to invoke the Insurrection Act in some form and send the U.S. Marshalls or Homeland Security officers to count the ballots by hand, and inspect the machines. You can't blame Giuliani for that really, although I don't think he favored that option.

I honestly don’t believe that those who are controlling Biden will ever give up the reigns of political power without a gun to their head.

That could be arranged at the appropriate time if necessary.

You are doubtful because you are still listening to the MSM. 😉

I haven't listened too or watched a single MSM or Cable news show since about a week before the las election, I will never watch another even removed all cable news channels from my cable subscription.

I am doubtful because the facts don't support your version, at all.

I am even more selective of what I read on FR these days. I do read the headlines on thelibertydaily.com to see if we went to war or something but I do not expect to ever see the deep state giving up.

nothing will happen, even if they don’t pack the court and theres a modicum of overriding proof of fraud. The powers that be favor stability over everything.

What do you watch and read if not the MSM? Most of the threads on FR are from the MSM. Look to the alternative news sites.

Italian law has no force in the US.

However the evidence presented by a third party with no dog in this fight is sufficient for members of the state militias like me - who are waiting for a lawful call from our governor to muster and take arms to enforce constitutional law on those who seek to annul or violate it.

Chatterboxes on public message boards don’t amount to a gallon of condensed piss soup - those willing to take arms are the only ones who matter.

They made this country not any party scum.

Italian law has no force in the US

Actually, it can if U.S. courts recognize that it is binding, or by treaty, etc. So, a contract can call for a U.S. court to apply Italian law to a contract, and it usually will apply it. An Italian court can issue letters rogatory for the deposition of a witness in the U.S. for a case in Italy. We do have an extradition treaty with Italy which enables U.S. courts to issue warrants for those accused of crimes in Italy. A judgment issued by a civil court in Italy can be enforced in the U.S. if a U.S. court agrees it is valid. It's not as clear as you think.

“The whole plan was Trump leaving office. Right now Trump is running a shadow presidency. He and the military are working the plan right now. Bringing down the deepstate is tricky business. The whole cabal has to be taken out not just a few of them.”

That version about covers it.

“He and the military are working the plan right now.”

Which would be treason.
Regardless whether its true or not it’s what the usurpers believe, and acting on their belief is what will set off the Grand Hoorah.

The Crats will fire the first shot.

It’s clear enough that a finding of fact by an Italian court is sufficient for those needing proof.

I’m not going to start taking scalps because Alex Jones raises the Cran-tara - or pack it in because a corrupt US court disagrees.

My warpaint goes on if my governor believes the finding of fact and cries havoc.

Here's the Constitutional question:

What about the Electors?

If there was widespread voter fraud (and I think there was), it was for voting for partisan slates to the Electoral College, not directly for the President.

The Electors naturally voted for their party's candidate, no matter how legitimate or not they felt their selection was -- that's just how Democrats roll.

So, the Constitutional remedy was for the Electors to have honor and a conscience and vote for the person they really thought was the most qualified for the job. They didn't do that.

The first Constitutional backstop to a runaway Electoral College was the challenge to the Electors in Congress on January 6. That, too, didn't happen.

The second Constitutional backstop would be the Supreme Court, but even there I don't know what they could do post-election other than to rule that the rules for counting the votes must be those set by the state legislatures before they were changed by election officials and order them counted that way. This would have to have been done before the safe-harbor date on December 8, and that didn't happen, either.

So, how does a writ of quo warranto fit into this scheme, where three Constitutional gates were already passed unchecked? The Electoral College and Congressional/Judicial Review are supreme law of the land, but quo warranto is not. It might work for offices created by Congress, but not for Constitutionally defined offices that are supreme.

You’re correct in that it was ultimately Trumps call. I’m not sure he even wanted the job anymore at that point. Byrne talked about Melania wanting out because of threats, etc and Trump seemed worn down....either way....it’s a very interesting read...
