I agree with you 100% What he detailed regarding the inside workings of the Trump administration regarding Rudy etc. was eye opening. Byrne know his stuff. It got ugly with Rudy, who was obviously not up to the job.

Giuliani didn't want to litigate the fraud prematurely before all of the evidence was developed and available. That may have been a wise choice. Ultimately it was Trump who failed to take the advice of Sidney Powell and Gen. Flynn to invoke the Insurrection Act in some form and send the U.S. Marshalls or Homeland Security officers to count the ballots by hand, and inspect the machines. You can't blame Giuliani for that really, although I don't think he favored that option.

You’re correct in that it was ultimately Trumps call. I’m not sure he even wanted the job anymore at that point. Byrne talked about Melania wanting out because of threats, etc and Trump seemed worn down....either way....it’s a very interesting read...
