As they approach the car on the shoulder, and pass the illegally dark tinted glass and see (gasp) the person of color scowling at them. The next step is “It was my mistake. Please g on your way. Please accept my sincere apology. Have a wonderful, marvelous rest of your day.”
Wrong incident. This was the female officer that yelled she was pulling a Taser, pulled a Glock pistol instead and shot the guy, fatally. Broad daylight.
Oh, and she waved around her gun, endangered the officer next to her and almost shot the officer on the other side of the car.
