GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - The Mesa County Board of Commissioners voted to implement the “Free to Choose” mask resolution beginning on Friday, Apr. 16. Under the new guidelines, businesses and individuals will be able to decide whether to wear a mask or not in public indoor spaces. Businesses will also have the option of limiting indoor capacities or not. However, businesses will still be able to require customers to wear masks.

Now just patronize the mask free businesses.

Or “mask optional” businesses. FREE TO CHOOSE is a good thing.
I had to wear a mask at a couple of places recently, Pet Smart and Menard’s. I didn’t have a choice to go somewhere else in either case. Pet Smart was on the way to go pick up a puppy so I didn’t have time to say screw you, I’ll find another pet store and I had to get some more screws for a project that only Menard’s carries.
I won’t be going back to either place and not just because of the mask requirement but also because they’re in a college town and both places had people of questionable gender working there. Menard’s is just the home improvement store version of walmart. Most things are made in china and say ‘distributed by Menard’s’.
Was in a City Market in Grand Junction yesterday. Counted 10 people with no masks, even with a masked security guard standing just inside the entrance. Employees still have to wear them.
Fewer *we are all going to die* comments, now.
Absolutely. This is pretty much an automatic decision for me. If it is between a "must mask" and a "no/may mask" business the "must mask" one isn't even in the running.
