We should be. Along with the Doctors that perform [do] this crap. Any Doctor performing any of these procedures on a child or minor child should have their license to practice medicine permanently revoked.
It has been my experience that the parents were the instigators and abettors in this crap. The children do not have the knowledge to make these decisions on their own.
