"Black man , 6'2 wearing blue"......and of course they all turned white stepid "Sorry about that"..... ASP and Boone County AR got him at a roadblock while I had guns pointed at me.

Police encounters can be very stressful for the citizen as well as for the cop. So to be fair, I think “not scared” and “not confused” need to be added to your list.
And that’s one reason a cop’s job is difficult. A scared and confused citizen should be treated differently from a hostile one. But it’s often tough to tell the difference between the two! Nevertheless, as a trained professional, a cop has to be able to do just that.
