Sometimes a person will refuse to immediately obey a police officer’s orders because they are hiding something. But sometimes the person is simply stunned and confused.

I watched the video a few times. That driver was stunned and confused. And he was not a threat - he had both of his hands out the window. Bottom line, as I see it: the cop wildly over-reacted, and deserves to be fired.

Gimmee a break. The driver knew exactly what he was doing. He was as calm and measured as he could be and in my eyes was purposefully setting up this confrontation.

I don’t think the driver was confused. He knew exactly what he was doing. He calmly repeated “What’s going on?” over and over again in order to provoke a reaction from the cop and capture it on video.
A dollar to a donut this POS was an Army Affirmative Action hire.

If an LT in the Army is stunned and confused in that situation HE HAD NO BUSINESS BEING IN THE ARMY.
