I can easily think of situations where a particular person should be denied access to firearms...either temporarily or permanently. Certain medical conditions might warrant a temporary ban...some might warrant a permanent (or at least long term) ban. Convictions for certain kinds of serious crimes might warrant a permanent ban.

But although he won't admit it Plugs rejects the SCOTUS decisions Heller v District of Columbia,City of Chicago v MacDonald and Caetano v Massachusetts....which means that to him only the militia (and the nation's elite) should be allowed access.
