Article 5 is not meant for this situation. Article 6 is. please read up and learn the difference and need for article 6 solution. 5 would not solve things and make matters worse likely. Electorate (we the people) needs educating or nothing will really change. We need to hold them accountable on state rep levels and federal levels.
Convention of states is for IF constitution needs changing. IT does NOT need changing - it needs we the people doing our part to enforce that our elected people do KEEP their oath to the constitution which they have not been for decades. The power of a few hundred per state going to all events where elected folks are not inline with oath of office and telling them, voicing it, handing out flyers educating other voters to hold elected leaders accountable is how we hold their hands/feet/head to the fire and make sure get back in line with constitution or they are ousted.
Find true constitutional followers to run against them in the mean time.
It’s not that hard, some areas of states have already done it and the elected officials respond - some do improve and some get ousted.
stop trying to change the constitution (with COS) because it is NOT Broken or lacking.
bingo. the Constitution is just fine. The MAIN problem is electoral fraud...which prevents enforcment of the Constitution.
The “image’ of the Left as an honest political wing in the USA has been driven by the media.
Since 1984 the control of media outlets has dropped from over 50 different organizations to just 6 today. The product of that consolidation is an ILLUSION of a “powerful Left wing”, a manufactured progressive consensus that has usurped political power it has no business with honestly. “honest” votes for Biden/the Left were 30-35 million. At most.
The problems originate in corrupted, local electoral precincts in deep Blue urban centers. These NEED to be cleaned. Nobody desires the dirty job. Part of “redistricting” projects, BTW, is to create regions and social environments permitting unfettered and unhindered electoral Fraud.
Think parts of cities where Republicans fear to tread. No bipartisan voting observers. If any Republican observers, or even voters show up,they are threatened. This is the beginning process of turning a Red state Purple.
This article provides a glimpse into exactly this process going on in Philadelphia in 2009

There are more of “us” than “them” A whole lot more
Its all kayfabe. Its what they want you to believe, its what they want you to “feel”

What the left has done, ever since the 1984 Reagan-Mondale blowout - (and Mondale was a “moderate” Democrat!) - is to start electoral fraud programs in the largest states to turn them from Red-to-Purple-to Blue. They realized they had no future otherwise. It started in California and New York.
This last election cycle local Texans managed to turn it around at the precinct level-their RINO Governor not withstanding.
Extreme involvement in your local precincts and making sure paper balloting on ELECTION DAY, with hand counts and recounts in a transparent fashion and setting with open audit trails available to the general public, among other measures-are key.
Its dirty, tough work and initially confrontational with the existing perps. As the above article illustrates, it will be dangerous. But it beats the heck outta the alternatives -which are bearing down like a runaway freight train
The left has focused on corrupting our local electoral process. They focus on the deep urban centers. This process of corruption is very active presently in Georgia, using Atlanta as its base, the last 2 election cycles. The state legislature is doing its best to turn it around down there -but will need the rest of the country’s support to make it stick as the UniParty is bringing all its corporate guns to bear on the issue.
We the People have no future otherwise. These people INTEND to “rule”
The benefits of this process created the UniParty (R) and UniParty (D) which is WHY this has been allowed to mature.
When it is eradicated the USA will have functional courts and a functional Constitution. Eradicating it is EASY in principle-modern data management can EASILY assure an honest election at every precinct level.
The hard part is the battle on every precinct front-presently its a battle of words, procedures and processes-not yet guns. Everyone out there needs to decide if their involvement in that battle will be voluntary -presently-or involuntary-which is otherwise coming -and will be medieval.
I believe it does need changing. I think the 17th amendment broke federalism and needs to be repealed. Congress won't do it, so the states need to take back the power to appoint their Senators.
Georgia would not have become an issue if the 17th were repealed. I also believe that the Senate would have taken more seriously the last-minute changes to long-standing election law by non-legislative state officials if the Senators were appointed by their states instead of funded by their parties.
Senators would have been more likely to back their legislatures in asserting their power to select the method of choosing Electors, and it would have been much harder for the Supreme Court to punt the lawsuits before the election if the Senators of the states were involved in representing the legislatures that selected them.

You have nailed the John Birch Society talking points.
After six or so years, I grow weary of getting lectured by those who haven’t educated themselves on the Framers’ system and can’t see beyond our thoroughly corrupted elections. When the rats pack the scotus and legalize their 2020 criminality, the same people will tell us to just vote for better people.
Georgia would not have been an issue it their political leaders kept their oath of office to follow the constitution, not just about election but leading up to it and after it too.
We have checks and balances because we know people are not always honorable, so why keep relying on the honor of people as the first resort instead of the last resort?
Why not have legislatures check and balance the Senators they appointed, and have the Senators check and balance the Justices they confirmed, instead of punting it to the whims of a fickle people and hope that honorable people do the right thing?

As I stated in my first post to you, have you listened or read the volumes of information that he has provided or are you more comfortable being lazy and ignoring it while roaring with laughter at your own witticisms?

This would be a major story if true. And I want to know if it's true. But if all you have is "gee he's a good guy and he'll never lie to you" then excuse me for being cynical.
You could not be more wrong. Art 5 is EXACTLY what we need here and Art. 6 has NOTHING to do with what we are talking about here- or at least, it does not until the states meet and make sure changes are made that we need.
I suggest Mark Levin’s book “The Liberty Amendments”. He lays it out very clearly.
Having people make a minute effort to educate themselves with a plethora of knowledge is so easy yet they spend 10X the effort NOT to gain any knowledge.
