That’s actually the problem with biowarfare. It’s easier to make a biowarfare agent than it is to make treatments or vaccines against the agent.

Anthrax has been used as a bioweapon. Japan first used modified anthrax spores on Chinese troops and villages in 1932. A human anthrax vaccine (5 shots given over 18 months) was not developed until the 1970s... and it wasn’t by Japan.

By the way, the tech behind this BioThrax vaccines was a precursor to the tech in the Johnson and Johnson and Astra Zenica vaccines, as well as the Russian Sputnik V vaccine. It is not mRNA based in the least.
