Patrisse Khan-Cullors, the leader of Black Lives Matter and a self-described Marxist, recently purchased a $1.4 million home in an exclusive Los Angeles neighborhood where the vast majority of residents are white, according to reports.
The home, which features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, is nestled in Topanga Canyon and has a separate guesthouse on the property, according to a celebrity real estate blog which reported the transaction last week.
The property, which is about a 15 minute drive from Malibu beaches, features bamboo floors and vaulted ceilings, according to the listing.

$1.4 million buys you a GARAGE in any "exclusive LA neighborhood."
This is written by somebody who has never set foot in LA.
It could be somebody selling a homevatva loss, ad a thank you for her service to the globalists.
It could be somebody selling a home at a loss, as a thank you for her service to the globalists.
Guevara started out rich. I’m not sure he got any richer.
As the property is described, I find it impossible to believe that it was only $1.4 million. She must have gotten a special rate. And it’s one of three or four houses she has in the area.
There are other threads on here with pictures.
The house might be 1000 sqft if you stretch, has cheap finishes and the "guest house" is smaller than my 3 person tent.
One description said the entire lot was about 2500 sqft.
The founder of WLM White Lives Matter just bought a new trailer in Kentucky with a new washing machine on the porch. And that founder of WLM only got that because of his White Privilege.
I would think a teardown in that neighborhood would be more.
Don’t forget to add “The Bern” to that list. Remember he got that vacation home on North Hero Island in Lake Champlain for endorsing Hitlery in 2016.
This place is borderline.
I think the lot’s too small to do a teardown. Can’t build anything big enough to justify the cost.
I wonder if it borders any of the other properties she bought?
Gee, looks like a new rich Capitalist. Hope there’s no arson. The rich are targets for jealous bad guys.
Topanga Canyon...rugged terrain south of Malibu and prone to wildfires.
Many years ago, my sister visited a friend who owned a home in Topanga.
The back porch was on stilts in a deep canyon, and it was a LONG way down from the back porch to the ground.
It’s not in Los Angeles, either. Los Angeles County, yes....the city of Los Angeles....no.
And $1.4 million will NOT buy you a “mansion,” either.
$1.4M is an average asking price for middle-class homes in my neighborhood. They sell within a week and often $200,000 and more over asking price. If you want a beginning of ritzy, you’ll spend more than $3M some 10 miles away.
