First I have even heard of it. Not a scientific sample but I know about 20 people who have had both shots (including myself and my wife) and no such side-effects have been reported as we share stories. A couple of people slept or felt lousy for a day but most just had the same site pain you get after a flu shot for a day or so.

My understanding is that most of the local side effects are a reaction to the nano lipid coating and not the rna or the spike protein.
I read they tested the mrna vaccines without any target protein and still got local reactions.
