A lesser charge will not stop the violence. I doubt a murder conviction would either. The violence is baked in no matter what and the MSM is whipping up the batter. They incorrectly report what is going on in the trial on purpose.
The looting is for free stuff stolen with no consequences. Has to happen you know.
I agree. It won’t. But, I could definitely see a jury believing that some kind of conviction would be/might be enough to curb the violence.
Just another day for this demographic. Don’t worry....Joe will send them more money.
Agreed. I think there are three scenarios for riots, which are going to happen regardless.
1. Guilty as charged ..... celebrations in the street that will then turn very violent toward the cops, who won’t do anything thinking they’ll be the next Chauvin, and destruction/looting across the board
2. Guilty on a lesser charge ...... injustice. He’s getting away with it. Violence, looting, destruction
2. Not Guilty ..... take what happened last year and amp it up a bit. ANTIFA, in all its white-liberal-socialist-hipster-progressive-commie glory, has decided to buy guns and show up with them. They’ve walked on dear near anything they’ve been arrested for, if arrested at all. They’re emboldened by the mayors and governors in certain cities/states because they’ve been treated with kid gloves. They’re gonna rile each other up and it’s gonna get ugly. Especially, when Mr/Mizz/CIS SkinnyJeans, with their tattoos, black hoodies and bandanas, start getting smoked.
Me, I’m just gonna kick back and laugh.
Saddest part of all of this, the whole unintended consequences thing, all the liberals that have been voting for these incompetent mayors and Governors are moving out of the cities and destroying their new homes in the ‘burbs and rural areas.
........”The violence is baked in no matter what and the MSM is whipping up the batter”.....
That’s exactly right.
“...A lesser charge will not stop the violence....”
I agree - BLM wants to be heard and will launch full scale riots in several locations regardless of what the jury finds.
