Good something is finally happening in California. But it shouldn't have to take the supreme court to make a decision like this. This was a 5 to 4 ruling. Religious freedom is under fire.

This is a huge ruling, essentially establishing that religious activities have to be allowed if any gathering is allowed.

Actually this happened in Washington, NOT California ... and that's the real source of the problem - virtually the entire CA judiciary consists of tyrannical idiots more concerned with pushing trendy ideologies than obeying the Law (or common sense)

He should be removed from the bench.
The Democrats would gladly remove him from the bench and replace him with someone who would make Elena Kagan look reasonable.

Has the “wise Latina” Sotomayer ever once voted with the conservatives? I mean why even show up. Just mail it in for her.
She’s the “angry Latina” who hates everything white and America. Fool.....you think we’re stupid?

Actually, yes. There’s a significant number of cases that are decided unanimously. Those cases are usually decided early in the term.

It’s past time to investigate and, possibly, impeach, John Roberts. He got seriously hinky when the Epstein scandal broke and started making troubling decisions and raging around the other justices and staff when it was shown that HIS name showed up on the logs of the “lolita express” TWICE. Time to find out what the left has on him that has influenced his decisions.

There are a lot of apolitical cases decided unanimously, but on the big, divisive cases, she’s pretty much 100% leftist. Horrible justice.
To: USA Conservative
It looks like Roberts has effectively taken Ginsberg’s place at the nuttiest justice.

Yeah, she’s the worse ever I think. Mediocre intelligence and contempt for White America. Bad combo. She got the job thanks to a subtle form of affirmative action. Has no business in the same room as a Scalia or Bork, etc. Amateur hour thinker with hate.
