This is a very predictable outcome when a government is over-reaching against the people regarding something that is not necessary at all.
We don’t show our vaccination records for any of the other deadly diseases. In fact I think many adults would be hard pressed to produce such records.
Second if a person is vaccinated, they have nothing to fear. If you are unvaccinated you made your choice and if you get severely ill, you will have treatment and lifesaving treatment at the expense of your health insurance company.
These shots are under EUA and not FDA approved. Therefore they cannot be ‘required’ for anything. Not work, not school, not travel, not events, etc. I think now might be a great time to start to consider filing class action lawsuits. Covering improper use of the shot EUA, privacy and our ability to be secure in our persons, to HIPPA violations.
If another country wants to verify your shot status ...you have little choice if you want to visit them, but to travel here in the United States the Federal government at the present time does not require it for living here.
It is time to start threatening to sue the pants off these companies.
What is EUA?
Only Yellow Fever is covered under IHR which are adopted by US law, and people who travel within the Yellow Fever area most definitely have to produce a yellow card (or be vaccinated with a dirty needle at destination).
As soon as travel resumes, you can be sure COVID will be covered as well.
