Unless the mask is made from asbestos, data says cotton is a safemask material. People in Arabia have been covering their faces for thousands of years in cotton material.

The disposable masks are not made of cotton.
The only masks I wear are from my health insurance provider Humana and those look, feel and smell like all cotton. Glad to know those disposable masks are not made from cotton. I will avoid them.
