The only change to the Federal Judiciary that’s needed is to isolate the 9th Circuit. Allow it jurisdiction over Alta California but no other States.
California supposedly has the 9th to 6th biggest economy in the world. Let them have their own court system.

True. Obama’s exec orders are sacrosanct.
A great example is the “DACA” program. Created by Obama executive order, the executive order by Trump to end the program was blocked by a judge.
The same will be true of Biden’s executive orders. They will never be able to be rescinded, if the liberals can find a SINGLE federal judge to issue an injunction.

Even Scalia agreed with that so what is surprising about Biden saying it.urning an American Flag is speech, burning a gay pride flag is a felony. He also decided that reasonable restrictions on gun rights was ok as well. Scalia was just more constitutional than most.

Based on communist history, a reasonable extrapolation (Now that the communist coup has been successful) would be a strategy that has been used throughout their history... (Only the names are changed):
Step #1: Get JB elected by any means necessary;
Step #2: Shortly after inauguration remove him for dementia;
Step #3: Swear Harris into office with Pelousy (?) as VP;
Step #4: Shut down all wall construction, open the borders, and grant amnesty & fast-track citizenship to the 40-million illegal migrants already here;
Step #5: Appoint obunghole & 3 or 4 others to the expanded SCOTUS who would quickly rule the entire Constitution unconstitutional;
Step #6: Ban all sales of guns & ammo;
Step #7: Buy back or confiscate all guns and ammo;
Step #8: Indict, try, convict, and lock Trump family up in Guantanamo, Thailand, Libya, or mental institutions;
Step #9: Start the most complete communist purge (based on voter records & internet posted view) in history(AOC already announced plans for the burning/ovens...);
Step #10: Remove time limit on holding office of President;
Step #11: Ban all travel across state lines without proper papers;
Step #12: Celebrate about one thousand years of peace & prosperity (For the apparatchiks...)
