Yes, the vaccine producers are indeed supposed to prove the negative. They are supposed to prove it will not have such an effect.
Now they have no incentive. They are protected from lawsuits.

You do know that Pharma cos. Are required to prove the negative...it’s the safety part of the FDA process.
They never did this ... thus ... the EMERGENCY use only approval.
