They force you to have a license to drive, as well as force different types of insurance on you depending on if you’re buying a house or car etc.
If you are going to occupy the same airspace as vaccinated people in an air flight for example, you have no right to infect them. It is your choice to fly. You can drive or take the bus. That is usually cheaper. Same reason every child is required to have vaccinations before allowed to attend schools.
